FIRST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES STAFF AND PRESS (PR AND PUBLIC RELATIONS) AT OUR HEAD OFFICE DIRECTLY-MANAGED STORES, COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE, AND ENGAGING IN PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES TO CONVEY THE APPEAL OF THE BRAND.

TO START YOUR CAREER, YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES SUCH AS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VMD IN THE STORE. BY COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS ON A DAILY BASIS, YOU WILL DEEPEN YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE BRAND AND WILL SURELY GET AN IDEA OF WHAT IS NEEDED FOR PR ACTIVITIES. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH IDEAS FOR COLLABORATIONS TO FURTHER PROMOTE THE BRAND AND CREATE BUZZ.

AFTER THAT, WE WILL HOLD REGULAR MEETINGS TO SET CAREER GOALS AND ENCOURAGE CAREER ADVANCEMENT TO PRODUCT PLANNING, PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, WEB DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGER, ETC. The work location is in Omotesando, where many fashion-conscious people gather, including flagship stores of famous brands, and where creativity is stimulated by daily contact with people, goods, and things that inspire a sense of style. There are many fashionable cafes and stores in the surrounding area, where you can enjoy yourself on your way to and from work, at lunch, and in your private time.

I originally worked as an apparel salesman overseas, but a friend I met through my hobby was the wife of the representative of my current brand. As I got to know various brands, I found men's apparel interesting and decided to take the plunge and join the company since it is my favorite clothing business.

SINCE THE ENVIRONMENT IS DOMINATED BY MALE STAFF, CONVERSELY, I AM HAPPY TO INCORPORATE OPINIONS AND IDEAS FROM A WOMAN'S PERSPECTIVE, AND I AM BLESSED WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF VMD AND VISUAL CREATION WORK, WHICH MAKES MY CURRENT JOB VERY REWARDING. SINCE THE STORE IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE HEAD OFFICE, I CAN GET A SENSE OF WHAT SELLS AND WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT FROM THE CONVERSATIONS I HAVE WITH CUSTOMERS WHO COME TO SHOP THERE ON A DAILY BASIS. ANOTHER FEATURE OF OUR COMPANY MAY BE THAT WE CAN FEEL OUR BRAND IS BEING BRUSHED UP BY PROVIDING FEEDBACK ON THESE EXPERIENCES DURING DAILY MEETINGS.

Why did you decide to join Realize Works?

In actually working, there are many aspects of selling in apparel that are difficult. In the past, there were many times when I worried about my physical condition and the difficulty of spending time with my family and friends. However, in the case of our company, there are fewer such concerns as we see how to spend time with the representative and the representative's family, and the time off is also more fulfilling.

I was reassured when I joined the company that while I have time to spend on my favorite hobbies, the company has a base that is flexible and accepting of change without taking it negatively, even when I am forced to make changes in my future life plan.

We get all kinds of people coming into the office and store, including musicians and artists (laughs). I was surprised at first, but now it is one of the pleasures of working here, and I find it very stimulating.

I WAS ANXIOUS AT FIRST BECAUSE I HAD NEVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH A MEN'S BRAND BEFORE, BUT AS I LEARNED THROUGH PARTICIPATING IN LOOK SHOOTS FOR THE BRAND AND SHOOTING OUR OWN STYLING, MY KNOWLEDGE INCREASED AND I NATURALLY BEGAN TO COME UP WITH VARIOUS IDEAS, EVEN FOR VMD. I USED TO NOT BE ABLE TO DO SUCH THINGS, BUT NOW I FEEL THAT MAYBE I HAVE GROWN AS A PERSON. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I GET TO DO A VARIETY OF THINGS IN MY JOB, WHICH ARE ALL CONNECTED AND UTILIZED AS ONE. IT IS A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN EXPERIENCE NOT JUST ONE THING, BUT MANY THINGS.

Also, my experience within the company taught me to enjoy my private life more, as I had always been a workaholic. I learned that there was such a way to enjoy my private life. I now strongly believe that this sense of enjoyment is necessary to work for a long time (laughs).

Customer service and sales at directly-managed stores and press work for our brand
*Mainly PR activities to convey the appeal of the brand through communication with customers regardless of directly-managed stores/EC

We are looking for people under 30 years old (no work experience required)
・Permanent or contract employees, part-time
*After 3 months of probationary period, the decision will be based on the person's intention
*Working hours negotiable (shorter hours possible)
*If you wish to be employed as a contract employee, we will renew your contract every year.

Working hours

Permanent and contract employees
・10:00〜19:30 (1.5 hours break, 8 hours actual work)
・Deemed overtime: 2 hours until 21:30 (application required if exceeding 2 hours)

■Part-time job
11:30-19:30

45 minute break for 6 to 8 hours, 1 hour break for 8 hours or more
Minimum of 2 days per week including weekends, 5 hours per day.

Benefits and Welfare

■Permanent and contract employee monthly salary: 250,000 yen ~ (including 40 hours of fixed overtime equivalent)
*Trial period: 240,000 yen per month (including 40 hours of fixed overtime equivalent)
■Part-time (part-time) employee hourly wage: 1,300 yen
*Trial period: 1,250 yen per hour
