This week in store, we were struck by how many customers were seeking “warmth with a sense of lightness,” not just heaviness. As winter dressing takes hold, the combination of visual presence and lightweight comfort is naturally drawing attention.

Among the highlights was a crew-neck cardigan crafted in a chunky, low-gauge waffle knit. It has the classic look of a Cowichan sweater, yet the addition of nylon makes it surprisingly lightweight and comfortable. Its buttonless design makes it easy to throw on and instantly pull together a look, adding just the right amount of presence to everyday outfits.

This week, our varsity jacket combining wool melton with premium cowhide leather also proved especially popular. The contrast of materials and luxurious details made for an impressive look that felt classic yet distinctive.
