As of September 25, the login method for My Account has changed.

In connection with the relocation of GARDEN TOKYO and the opening of THE CRIMIE's first directly operated store, we are working to integrate the GARDEN TOKYO and THE CRIMIE online stores currently operated by our company.This change is intended to improve login security and reduce the burden of managing passwords, so you can use our services with greater peace of mind.
Instead of logging in with your “email address and password” as before, you will now enter a “6-digit verification code” sent to your email address.

※We will provide further information and a schedule regarding the integration of the online stores in connection with the relocation of the THE CRIMIE directly operated store and GARDEN TOKYO.

You do not need to register for a new account.
Enter the email address you have used previously to view your past order history and account information.
Please note that your previous password will no longer be used.

1-2: If you don't receive the verification code

Please check the following:
“Check that the email address you entered is correct”
“Check that the email hasn't been sorted into your spam folder”
“Check that you can receive emails from GARDEN TOKYO”

<3>Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

<4>You are now logged in

With the new method, you won't need to enter a password, so there's no need to reset it if you forget it.
