Setsuko Juice Reopens in Omotesando!
Opening at 8:00 a.m. as the new face of the morning.

On March 14, 2025, fresh juice brand “Setsuko Juice” will reopen inside the Omotesando apparel shop “GARDEN TOKYO.”

We see “Health First” as the foundation of fashion and highlight the importance of training, yoga, and running.

Going beyond the relationship between staff and customers, we offer a place where people connect as friends through juice, united by our “Health First” motto, whether they’re playing, working, or training.

We enjoy chatting with each person and strive to create a welcoming space.

[The Story of Our Beginnings]
In 2013, while working at a juice bar in London, I was deeply inspired by its juice culture.

We met people who trained early in the morning, drank ginger shots before work, and sometimes used us as their starting point for a run. We discovered that their healthy lifestyles were nurtured by the morning juice culture. We were also thrilled to see people naturally connecting and sharing new ideas and having fun.

Wanting to spread a culture that inspires such an energetic way of life, I returned to Japan and launched “Health First” in 2020, just as the pandemic began.

We started “Setsuko Juice” by renting space at a beer bar in Shibuya.

We also operated out of a rental kitchen near Yoyogi Park, building a community in each location. This led us to open a new store in Omotesando.

With “Juice Chef” as our theme, we serve juices and smoothies made right before your eyes using fresh ingredients sourced from around the country, along with sandwiches made with homemade rye bread.

Bringing energy to Japan from Omotesando!
