With new arrivals coming in one after another, the YAK KNIT CARDIGAN I’d had my eye on has finally landed. No hesitation this week - I’m picking this one up.

I usually wear slacks, so in winter it’s a reliable layering piece to wear under a coat, while in spring and fall I can throw it on by itself. Its versatility across so many seasons is another big reason I chose it.

For this time of year, pairing it with a leather jacket lets the yak’s characteristic softness and warmth soften the jacket’s ruggedness, creating a nicely balanced mix of sweet and tough. I also love how it brings a sense of refinement that’s essential to grown-up styling. It avoids the overly casual feel cardigans can sometimes have, striking just the right balance of elegance and ease.

I think it’ll be such a dependable piece that it might be the only thing I wear under my outerwear this winter (lol).
